**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Supervisor De Servicio Al Cliente to join our team at the Costa Rica Marriott Hotel Hacienda Belen. As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations.

**Salary:** $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

**Job Description:

  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Take and confirm reservations and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Supply guests with information regarding property amenities, services, room features, and local areas of interest.
  • Make arrangements for special requests, such as spa services, transportation, and entertainment events.
  • Contact relevant departments to resolve guest requests and ensure satisfaction.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
