We're currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Facility Coordinator to join our team in Heredia, Costa Rica.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating building services to provide superior client service meeting their expectations. This includes managing food service, janitorial, EHS, security, maintenance, and other site services.
The ideal candidate will have studies related to Civil Engineering, Architecture, Electromechanical, Administration or similar. 1-3 years of experience in maintenance-related tasks and responsibilities are required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel or equivalent knowledge of real estate is desired.
This role offers strong interpersonal, customer service, and supervisory skills. Minimum technical knowledge is necessary. Preferably, knowledge of Air Conditioning, and office environment maintenance and services etc. Upper-intermediate level of English is required.
