The Role

As a Data Solutions Specialist, you'll be responsible for critiquing customer specifications, developing project plans, and assessing client business requirements. You'll also manage multiple accounts and programs simultaneously, conduct quality analysis, and provide technical consultation and expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Critique customer specifications to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Develop and execute project plans, including program flows, with an emphasis on mortgage, housing, and property data solutions
  • Assess and select appropriate resources for program delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution
  • Make technical decisions on project direction and program processing, using modeling specifications and techniques with advanced decision tree segmentation
  • Serve as project manager for program scheduling, operational personnel, and departments, ensuring seamless coordination and communication
  • Conduct final quality analysis on programs, reviewing accuracy of output and identifying areas for improvement
  • Manage multiple accounts and programs simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Assess client business requirements, positioning company products and solutions to meet their needs
  • Identify new business opportunities and share information with internal and external clients
  • Support other team members by reviewing programs and documentation, making technical adjustments as necessary
  • Prepare and process program billing, ensuring accurate and timely payment
  • Provide technical consultation and expertise in the design and implementation of client programs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (2-4 years) in Customer Service-related field
  • Good knowledge of systems capabilities, software platforms, and processes
  • Good knowledge of database management concepts and principles
  • Knowledge of PC office software and segmentation tools
  • Excel Intermediate skills, with excellent English language proficiency (oral and written)
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and project management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good understanding of FCRA and Experian business rules relative to CPMS batch products and services
  • Excellent customer service skills, with ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Good knowledge of all CPMS batch products and services
  • Coding experience preferred, but not required
