Customer Experience Manager Supervisor

This role involves managing a team of 10-20 agents, responsible for delivering business KPIs such as SLA, Customer Experience, Quality, Efficiencies, etc. The day-to-day efforts are focused on ensuring compliance with Equifax requirements and policies, while delivering exceptional results. You will play a collaborative role in growing and implementing standards and processes, exercising prudence and tact in interactions with others, and maintaining a focus on customer and staff retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and monitor ongoing team performance through adherence to Equifax requirements and policies.
- Complete regular management reports, as required.
- Analyze team production metrics to monitor efficiency/productivity and identify opportunities for improvement/development.
