**Accounting Role**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the position of Accounts Payable Clerk. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for supporting the accounting team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

">

- Process and review invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Review corporate credit card spending and approve travel and expense reports
- Analyze vendor accounts statements for completeness of invoices recorded
- Collaborate with the Accounts Payable Manager to ensure smooth monthly and quarterly close
- Document and improve accounts payable processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Organize and maintain financial records in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Respond to internal and vendor inquiries related to accounting matters

**Requirements and Qualifications**

">

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- Experience with ERP systems and credit card expense platforms a plus
