Role Summary
This position will play a crucial role in Pfizer's Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process within GBS San Jose Financial Services. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience working in similar roles within multinational corporations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage core P2P processes, including account payables and vendor interactions.
- Support Genpact with data analysis and reporting to drive business insights and strategic decision-making.
- Process and resolve invoices, credits, and payment requests while ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as Commercial Finance, Contracting, Pricing, and Internal Auditors.
- Analyze business data and trends to identify areas for improvement and contribute to process enhancements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, and external stakeholders to resolve issues and share best practices.
- Continuously develop and improve knowledge and skills through training programs and industry events.
