Accounts Payable Manager

The Source to Settle (StS) is the process of requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, paying and accounting for goods and services.
It is the ordered sequence of procurement and financial operations, starting with the first steps of procuring a good or service to the final steps involved in paying for it to suppliers across the globe.
The Source to Settle Manager is accountable and responsible for delivering optimized operations of the end-to-end Source-to-Settle processes at high-quality standards in line with key objectives and agreed service level.
**Primary Activities**:

- Be accountable and responsible for the execution and delivery of invoice processing and troubleshooting process for Americas.
- Operate with a sense of full responsibility for the StS Invoicing team, including operational performance, people management, development, compliance requirements, and supporting and implementing transformation requirements.
- Handling and resolving internal and external issues to complete account payable records, relationships with stakeholders, local Finance, and business counterparts to ensure business target attends requests of the invoicing process, ensure SOX controls, documentation, and adherence.
- Be responsible to manages the portfolio of the area, initiatives related to productivity, budget, implementations of new companies under BSC scope, performing reviews of quality and timing of invoice processing, etc.
- Constantly interact with StS departments, Procurements, BPO (Genpact) other BSC areas (AtR, Ops, FP&A, etc), business, stakeholders and Global Process owner organization (GPO).
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
- At least 3 -year experience of Source to Settle experience.
- Working knowledge of governance models (prefer).
- Experience in Procure to Pay cycle, Account Payable, Finance and/or Accounting.
- Proven experience in leadership positions
- Advanced English

**Experience & Skills Desired**:

- Ability to make prudent reasoning and technical evaluations of complex invoices to provide support Invoice processing team.
- Proficient in relevant software e.g.
SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to recognize area of improvements.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects at the same time with changing priorities.
- Strong understanding of the StS operational model.
- Customer oriented with a focus on details and being organized.
- Problem solving.
- Knowledge Microsoft Excel
- Accounting background
- SAP Ariba experience
- Functional knowledge of procurement, accounts payable, master data, customer service and governance models.
