Job Overview

As an integral part of our team, you will co-lead the innovation, activation, advertising, and promotion efforts aligned with the Brand Marketing Plan and budget.

Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate in the development and timely execution of Integrated Marketing Campaigns and New Product Launches, working closely with cross-functional teams within the local market and the SSEAHK business unit.

· Take ownership of the Category Profit and Loss within the Western Taste Elevation Marketing team.

Business Performance Management

- Oversee the P&L (both top line and bottom line) in conjunction with Gross Profit Margin to ensure the achievement of essential business KPIs, including revenue, profit, market share, and brand health.

Manage Brand Operations, including budget oversight (total Advertising & Promotion), and sales tracking for priority markets.

Participate in monthly commercial reviews to monitor and evaluate brand performance.

Innovation Development

- Contribute to the formulation of innovative strategies aimed at enhancing the Heinz Masterbrand within the SSEAHK region.

Innovation Management

- Oversee New Product Development launches from initial ideation through to full market introduction, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Monitor market performance and P&L closely.

Collaborate with the Commercial Sales team to support localized New Product Development Launch Plans.

Brand Strategy Development

Co-lead the creation of the regional brand strategy for the Heinz Western Taste Elevation portfolio, including the annual marketing plan that encompasses the 6Ps of marketing (proposition, product, pack, price, promotion, and place), driven by key consumer insights to enhance brand equity and improve consumer communication.

Brand Management

Supervise paid media advertising campaigns across digital and social platforms.

Coordinate with sales teams for any below-the-line requirements from marketing, including but not limited to point-of-sale materials, sampling execution, and communication deployment.

Co-lead and implement the brand plan and budget, particularly by designing effective adaptations of priority initiatives in local markets based on consumer and shopper insights.

Assist in crafting local brand marketing execution plans.

Ensure the maintenance of content hygiene for KHC Meta assets, including social media management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of progressive marketing experience or a combination of sales and marketing experience, preferably in FMCG.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven project and budget management abilities.
  • Experience in leading and delivering multiple innovation and renovation projects.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to devise innovative marketing strategies.
  • Experience working with creative agencies for content creation and briefing.
  • Familiarity with media analysis and collaboration with media agencies for comprehensive media planning, deployment, and evaluation.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, 'start-up' like environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating high learning agility and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
