We are seeking a skilled Account Growth Manager to join our team and drive sales growth and partner engagement across a large and diverse territory of education customers in Mexico and Central America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing territory plans to ensure Microsoft revenue targets and customer business needs are met.
About the JobIn this role, you will lead extended virtual teams and internal industry experts to drive accountability and deliver on territory plans. You will also pursue opportunities for sales growth and partner engagement by understanding partner goals and creating mutually beneficial business strategies.

- Develop and oversee the execution of territory plans to ensure Microsoft revenue targets and customer business needs are met.
- Drive accountability and deliver on territory plans while leading extended virtual teams and internal industry experts.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience working in an industry such as government or education, driving digital transformation, and/or relevant work experience in consulting or technology.
- A bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field, and 3+ years of experience in a relevant industry.
