Job DescriptionWe're seeking a seasoned Business Partnership Specialist to join our Partner Operations team. As a key business partner, you will be responsible for driving business growth and operational excellence through strategic partnerships.
Your primary objective will be to analyze and improve our Partner Registration process, ensuring seamless integration with our CRM and PRM tools. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to drive business objectives, communicate policy and best practices, and resolve processing problems.
You will also be responsible for completing Partner Registrations reviews, gathering and recording data, and providing information to stakeholders. Your excellent communication skills and results-driven mentality will enable you to navigate complex situations and deliver high-quality outcomes.
In this role, you will:
- Analyze and improve Partner Registration processes to ensure efficient and effective decision-making
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive business objectives and operational excellence
- Communicate policy and best practices to partners and internal stakeholders
- Resolve processing problems and complete Partner Registrations reviews
- Provide information to stakeholders and maintain quality service standards
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2-3 years of experience in Sales/Partner Operations or a related field
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel/Office and ability to learn systems quickly
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Results-driven mentality and team player attitude
- Experience in channel partnerships and partner programs is a plus
