**Role Overview**
The Regulatory Compliance Analyst will be part of Emerson's Global Shared Services, providing administrative support and executing daily tasks on behalf of the company.
Main Responsibilities:
- As a valued member of the team, you will ensure adherence to functional requirements, procedures, and site-specific protocols.
- Conduct Restricted Party Screening and analyze potential matches to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Utilize authorized tools for end-use, end-user, and anti-boycott screening, releasing orders and shipments as needed.
- Perform audits of import and export documentation, taking corrective actions when necessary.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics to gauge efficiency.
- Conduct basic analysis of transactions and reports based on U.S. import and export programs.
- Support the import HS classification process for entities in the U.S. if required.
- Request annual Certificates of Origin from suppliers, track receipt, and review accuracy.
- Collaborate with distributors to complete Due Diligence Questionnaires in Oracle Checkpoint.
- Maintain accurate records of activities mentioned above.

Requirements:
- Technical High School Diploma in Customs Administration or Logistics, or enrolled in a related college program.
- Intermediate knowledge of Customs & Trade Terminology (valuation, country of origin, incoterms, commercial invoice, and freight documentation).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a work environment, interacting with internal or external customers.
