About the Role

This Regulatory Affairs Specialist role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to provide seamless, fast, and consistent responses to customer requests. Regular meetings are held with EUM managers in RSA and GBS to discuss customer needs.

The role also involves incorporating GBS into regional all-staff meetings to stay informed of updates and providing business information as needed through deliverables. Additionally, you will serve as a training and onboarding partner for Regulatory colleagues and other functions as required.

Key ResponsibilitiesInnovation & Ideation
  • Review commercialization processes for relevant labelling and NFP formatting compliance
  • Perform comprehensive reviews and approvals for formula changes through Kerry Tracks
Commercialization & Labelling
  • Proactively partner with RDA, EUM, and commercial colleagues to support new development and innovation
  • Collaborate with the Nutrition team on new product development claims, novel ingredients, new regulations, and front-of-pack information to ensure compliance and inform marketing communications and customer relationships
Customer/External Engagement
  • Work closely with senior R&SA scientists to ensure they are up-to-date on the latest industry regulations and trends across the region, sharing this information with relevant stakeholders
  • Proactively engage in business partnering with EUM on specific customer opportunities, strategic customer engagements, and customer presentations
Qualifications and Skills
  • Degree in a Scientific or Technical field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry, specifically in regulatory, QA, or RDA roles
  • Customer Focus: Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
  • Strategic Mindset: Ensuring accountability and building partnerships to meet shared objectives
