This role involves providing administrative support for content maintenance processes, conducting quality control, and collaborating with the Knowledge Group on content updates and research initiatives.

Your Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Communications, legal studies, or international relations
- Immigration and/or global mobility experience is desirable
- 2+ years' experience in content management or equivalent preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills to convey complex immigration concepts clearly
- Experience working with Microsoft O365 products, including SharePoint and Excel
- Knowledge of Tableau a plus
- Strong organization skills to efficiently manage priorities and quickly respond to urgent requests
- Demonstrated experience working in a multi-cultural setting
