Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support professional to join our team at Emerson. This role will provide administrative support to the Business Unit, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document procedures from scratch and revise/update them as part of a continuous improvement culture
  • Update procedures according to legislation changes
  • Handle procurement requisitions and keep track of open tasks
  • Collaborate with procurement teams on specialized vendor assessments
  • Coordinate seminar planning, including dates, training rooms, services, materials, and other requirements
  • Interact with local Trade Compliance departments for technical language and information required during imports/exports
  • Maintain asset records, document temporary loans, and establish necessary controls for internal audits
  • Comply with mandatory safety trainings and follow all safety guidelines
  • Fully document activities and report on a shared space for the Business Unit
  • Contribute to maintaining order and safety in the laboratory

Qualifications

  • Advanced student or Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or similar field
  • Native Spanish speaker, with basic English skills a plus but not required
