- Collaborate in the development of strategic plans to achieve annual goals and objectives;

- Evaluate the effectiveness of all WFM processes;
- Oversee WFM, Client KPIs, and Financial performance across multiple verticals;
- Promote business intelligence and data-driven decision making;
- Function as the primary liaison between customers, partners, and internal stakeholders;
- Manage stakeholder expectations and align teams accordingly;
- Continuously monitor revenue and cost outcomes.
