About This Role

This Digital Designer position is part of our Transportation & Electronics Business Group. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create aesthetically pleasing, user-centric designs that elevate our brand and engage our target audience.


The Impact You'll Make

In this role, you will make an impact by:

  • Creating visually appealing and accessible designs that elevate our brand and engage our target audience.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and timelines, and translating concepts into captivating visuals.

Your Skills and Expertise

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously with minimal instruction, adapting to evolving project requirements and feedback.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with current design trends and technologies, including accessibility standards.
  • An understanding of digital marketing, including web experience, eCommerce, marketing automation, search, and social.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years' experience in Graphic or UX Design in a private, public, government, or military environment.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Designer or similar role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design work.
