Job Summary

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to dental offices and labs, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, and providing technical support for Straumann products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer service over the phone, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Set up new accounts and maintain customer data in SAP, ensuring accurate and efficient order processing.
  • Offer basic technical support for Straumann products, addressing customer questions and concerns.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing SAP to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Problem-solve and provide resolution to order and shipping issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Meet weekly productivity, efficiency, and satisfaction goals, contributing to team and company success.
  • Attend and contribute to team and company meetings, staying up-to-date on relevant information and best practices.
  • Follow safety rules and maintain personal safety and the safety of others, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience providing customer service or support.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Prior dental experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, with strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
