The RoleWe're seeking a highly organized and efficient Financial Data Associate to join our Global Middle Office (GMO) team. As a key player in business process development, new company-wide initiatives, and technology projects, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities- Support documents download process, including manual downloads and resolving issues related to the process.
- Assist with new deal set-up, data capture, lifecycle data maintenance, data quality assurance, and tracking support to rating analysts within the designated Line of Business (LOB).
- Perform administrative tasks, including data updates, prepares rating actions, bulk rating actions, publishing ratings, research, and press release templates consistent with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Monitor designated mailboxes to ensure timely and effective handling of internal and external client requests.
- Facilitate resolution to technical issues and/or more sophisticated external inquiries with supervision.
- Build positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Undergraduate/first-level degree in a Financial discipline.
- Entry-level position with some meaningful work experience and/or relevant internship experience preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to complete repetitive processes with no error.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate business concepts to a senior audience.
- Highly organized and efficient with competency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
