Amazon Support Services Costa Rica SRL is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our LATAM FP&A team. As a key member of our finance operations, you will play a critical role in delivering financial planning and analysis activities that drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and report on financial and operational performance metrics and goals, providing actionable insights to business leaders.
- Perform cost and headcount forecasting, ensuring accuracy and reliability in our financial projections.
- Provide timely and comprehensive inputs for monthly and quarterly business reviews, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Facilitate business reviews with data analysis and follow through with business leaders on actionable items, driving continuous improvement.
- Perform ad-hoc business and financial analyses, leveraging data to inform strategic business decisions.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of accounting principles and internal controls, ensuring compliance and accuracy in our financial reporting.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives, enhancing efficiency and productivity within our finance operations.
- 4+ years of finance experience, with a strong background in financial planning and analysis.
- 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses, with a proven track record of influencing business decisions.
- Experience using data to drive business outcomes, with a strong understanding of corporate finance principles.
- Strong English language oral and written skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial analysis and financial modeling skills, with the ability to develop and maintain complex financial models.
- 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment, with a strong sense of adaptability and resilience.
- Proven ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions, with a strong focus on innovation and continuous learning.
- Proven ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment, with a strong sense of flexibility and adaptability.
