We are looking for a skilled Support Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in software and hardware knowledge, analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Basic software and hardware knowledge of computing, mobile, or printing devices
- Knowledge of networks (wired and wireless connections, WLAN, IP, DNS, default gateway, subnet mask, and basic CMD commands)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Job Requirements:
