We are looking for a skilled Support Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in software and hardware knowledge, analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

  • Basic software and hardware knowledge of computing, mobile, or printing devices
  • Knowledge of networks (wired and wireless connections, WLAN, IP, DNS, default gateway, subnet mask, and basic CMD commands)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Job Requirements:

The successful candidate will be able to project a positive image of the brand to customers, handle objections effectively, and make an offer and convert it into a sale.
