**About the Role:**

This role is ideal for detail-oriented process improvers who are critical thinkers and natural problem solvers. You will be working closely with our engineering team to resolve customer reported issues and providing feedback for product quality and reliability improvements.

You will also be responsible for setting up deliveries of finished product to the field, promptly providing ETA and tracking information for patient specific items, and proactively reaching out to customers when there are delays.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer technical support role preferred
  • Spoken and Written Spanish/English Language Proficiency (C1)
