We're seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Tek Experts. As a key member of our Azure Platform Technical Support team, you'll work closely with customers to resolve complex technical issues related to Microsoft commercial and enterprise clients. Your expertise will be invaluable in providing world-class support and driving exceptional outcomes with purpose-built solutions.
Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for communicating with end users, system administrators, and solution integrators to identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical issues. You'll apply your technical knowledge to provide guidance on resolving issues, troubleshoot complex problems, and seek guidance from technical leads and subject matter experts as needed. Additionally, you'll maintain documentation for all cases, including queries, process steps, and resolutions, and mentor junior support engineers as needed.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be technically proficient, with a strong understanding of IT and technical concepts. You'll also need to be proficient in both written and oral English, enjoy solving complex technical issues, and be customer-obsessed. In terms of specific qualifications, you'll need to have a strong understanding of Windows Server and Active Directory, basic scripting skills, and experience with network connectivity.
