Responsibilities

In the role of Process Lead, you will play a vital role within our Global Delivery Team. Your responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Implementing standardized processes and strategic initiatives.
  • Demonstrating the ability to leverage business acumen to develop innovative solutions that significantly enhance clients' long-term strategic positions.
  • Overseeing and refining functional processes and activities while ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure decisions reflect the organization's comprehensive scope and achieve optimal daily operations.
  • Monitoring process performance, metrics, and indicators to ensure that expectations are consistently met.
  • Undertaking additional special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Essential skills include:

  • In-depth knowledge of procurement management processes and best practices, including SLA monitoring and reporting.
  • Expertise in purchase-to-pay processes.
  • Proven experience in executing procurement projects.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience in client management.
  • Leadership experience in team management.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Project management skills (preferred).
  • Proficiency in ERP/P2P systems.
  • Competence in MS Office Suite.

Education

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or a combination of high school education and relevant experience.

Experience

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement, specifically managing the procure-to-pay process.

Language Proficiency

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is required; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
