Job Description: Traffic Analyst
As a Traffic Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of advertising campaigns across television, radio, and cinema platforms. You will be responsible for managing the flow of media materials, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, and maintaining accurate records throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process commercial rotation and copy instructions from creative agencies.
- Generate and distribute comprehensive traffic logs for various networks.
- Maintain meticulous records of daily activities using tracking systems or workflow tools.
- Communicate directly with buyers regarding purchased units and their integration into the system.
- Execute in-flight campaign optimizations and revisions as needed.
- Prepare post-campaign reports to analyze performance and provide insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in English (B2 level).
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role within the advertising industry.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly and adapt to changing requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Mediaocean system (Spectra O|X) is a plus.
