**Overview**
Hewlett Packard is seeking a skilled professional to lead the development and delivery of product solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing end-to-end service delivery, ensuring alignment with pricing strategies and sales readiness.
Main Responsibilities:
- Leverage business analysis skills to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations to drive business growth.
- Represent services on product core teams, providing input on service requirements and product development phases.
- Collaborate with regional teams to plan and implement service and support initiatives, driving revenue and margin contribution.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer business requirements to create compelling business cases and demonstrate the value of services.
- Lead business initiatives to drive operational and financial improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Typically 5+ years of experience in a directly related field.
- First-level university degree or equivalent work experience; advanced degree a plus.
- Moderate knowledge of IT and services industry, company organization, policies, and HPS services offerings.
- General technical understanding of products.
- Problem detection and analysis of root cause.
- Leadership and communication skills.
