Job Summary
This role requires a seasoned leader to oversee a team of 120-140 members, providing guidance on quality and efficiency targets related to machine learning annotation.
Main Responsibilities
- Direct supervision of a team of 120-140 members, including associates and frontline managers.
- Lead a core group of high-performing shift managers and associates to maximize their output and ability to meet exacting targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide individual coaching sessions and weekly one-on-one feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage staffing plans, cost analysis, schedules, quality initiatives, process change initiatives, projects, and other Change/Kaizen initiatives as required.
- People management: appraisal, training, mentoring talent to grow within the organization, and controlling attrition.
- Monitor real-time service levels and schedule adherence, holding the team accountable for meeting and exceeding performance targets.
- Nurture a culture that demonstrates alignment with leadership principles, tying department decisions to leadership principles and tenets.
- Ability to manage external and internal stakeholders.
Culture and Work Environment
This is a non-virtual position. Due to the current situation caused by COVID-19, necessary equipment will be provided for remote work. However, once company clearance is granted, you will be required to work from our SJO16 building in Cariari, Heredia.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing front-line managers.
- Master's degree in a related field or Business Administration, Industrial Engineering.
- Experience with data mining tools such as SQL, SAS, SPSS, R.
- Lean Six Sigma Green/Black belt certification.
- PMP certification.
