The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Leader to join our team. As a Sales Development Leader, you will be responsible for building and maintaining programs directly correlated to sales/business outcomes and objectives.
You will establish and adjust strategy based on empirical results and indicators, working closely with Sales and Marketing Operations to track and contextualize efforts.
You will present and justify team strategy to executive leadership, partner and coordinate activity with Marketing efforts, foster individual growth of team members through mentorship, leadership, and coaching, understand individual team member motivation, and promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration.
