Job Summary

This position involves timely and accurate analysis of vendor documents. Essential duties include reviewing invoices for payment, comparing estimated costs versus actual amounts on the invoices, and forwarding discrepancies for approval or disputes.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Document Analysis: Read, analyze and enter data from all vendor documents into our systems within set deadlines.
  2. Invoice Review: Compare estimated costs in operational systems against actual invoice amounts to ensure accuracy.
  3. Discrepancy Resolution: Forward invoices with discrepancies to branches for approval or dispute resolution.
  4. Metric Achievement: Meet quality goals and metrics defined by management.
Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, an individual must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Spanish. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also required, along with knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting.
