Immunization Coordinator

The Eagan Immigration case intake specialist plays a vital role in the initial stages of client interactions, ensuring a smooth and accurate screening process for potential case viability and success avenues.

This position is responsible for gathering information from potential clients, following a precise script, and maintaining attention to detail in follow-up conversations. The role also involves building relationships with potential clients to instill confidence in the Eagan process and provide top-notch customer service experience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial intake screening calls with potential clients to gather information for consultation review.
• Keep meticulous and detailed notes on conversations and share information internally.
• Upload all intake information to client profiles.
• Track calendar appointments and client communications.
• Communicate regularly with Consultations Attorney and other legal teammates for questions or training updates.
• Document KPIs and other tracking information for the team.
• Respond to all MyCase messages the same day they are received.
• Leverage training from the legal team to draw out essential information.
• Provide impeccable customer service to potential clients.

Requirements:

• College degree from Social Sciences such as sociology, anthropology, social work, social communications, political sciences, or psychology.
• Fully bilingual (minimum B2+).
• Previous experience in customer service or client relationship management in a professional services environment.
• MS Office savvy.
• Ability to work on a hybrid mode 2 days WFO + 3 days WFH.
• Access to reliable internet speed of at least 50 to 100 MB.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Some flexibility in hours may be required.
