**Job Role**:

We're seeking a highly skilled Sr Escalation Engineer who will drive exceptional customer experiences by resolving complex NetScaler issues.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Resolving complex technical issues through effective collaboration with Engineering teams.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes.

Core Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Tech Support, including 2-3 years in an Escalation-level team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Linux operating system and network protocols.
  • Relevant certifications (CCNA) and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Advanced certifications (CCNP, MCSE, CCIE).
  • Knowledge of cloud solutions (AWS, Azure).
  • Scripting languages (Shell, Python, Perl).
