**Job Role**:
We're seeking a highly skilled Sr Escalation Engineer who will drive exceptional customer experiences by resolving complex NetScaler issues.
Key Accountabilities:
- Resolving complex technical issues through effective collaboration with Engineering teams.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes.
Core Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Tech Support, including 2-3 years in an Escalation-level team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Linux operating system and network protocols.
- Relevant certifications (CCNA) and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Advanced certifications (CCNP, MCSE, CCIE).
- Knowledge of cloud solutions (AWS, Azure).
- Scripting languages (Shell, Python, Perl).
