Job Description:The Administrative HR Professional supports the human resources division by carrying out various administrative tasks and collaborating with HR generalists. Key responsibilities include contract creation, onboarding new hires, alternating front desk tasks, and creating/maintaining physical and digital files.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and manage contracts, ensuring timely signatures from all parties involved.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, utilizing systems such as Access, Exactus, Tenrox, and Ultipro.
- Rotate between front desk duties, providing seamless support to staff and visitors.
- Develop and maintain accurate records, both physical and digital, to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR on various projects and initiatives, contributing to the success of the department.
- Manage NH bank account processes, including request and activation procedures.
- Pursue administrative tasks like filing, typing, copying, binding, badge creation, and scanning.
- Support the onboarding process, ensuring smooth delivery and planning.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive documents, adhering to data protection policies.
- Compose necessary letters, such as visas, labor, and justifications.
- Deliver equipment during terminations, ensuring a professional and respectful approach.
- Monitor and manage policy acknowledgements, security training, and awareness programs.
- Efficiently manage the Ultipro SSO process and respond to user inquiries.
- Demonstrate fluency in English and Spanish (B2 level) to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven experience (at least 1 year) in a similar HR Analyst role or equivalent.
- Flexible work arrangements to accommodate hybrid schedules (1-2 days/week).
- Relevant education: High School Diploma or Technical Degree in HR or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with a focus on productivity and efficiency.
- Cultivate a strong work ethic, emphasizing honesty, loyalty, and core values.
- Detailed orientation, enabling employees to tackle problems rather than just symptoms.
- Effectively navigate high-pressure situations and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing, with various groups, including employees, management, vendors, and clients.
- Possess analytical skills, driving informed decisions and strategic actions.
- Teamwork and collaboration are essential; develop relationships across departments and levels within the organization.
