Experian is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Support Senior to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, this individual will play a critical role in providing guidance and support to employees, managers, and stakeholders on HR policies, procedures, and operational matters.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. They will also have experience working on HR functions, particularly in operational efficiency projects, and be proficient in generating and controlling payroll procedures, manuals, and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice and guidance on all operational HR matters and HR/payroll requests through internal services channels.
  • Support clients in using systems, internal channels, and processes to guide them on HR and payroll policies and procedures.
  • Generate and control payroll procedures, manuals, and guidelines for employees and team leads.
  • Work with HRIS and HR Service Center to ensure accurate and proper management of incidents.
  • Support payroll team and HR in current benefits maintenance, such as health insurance services, educational programs, share plans, subsidies, or any other assigned.
