About the Role
The Administrative Assistant will provide a wide range of administrative services to IBM executives and managers, requiring a high degree of situational awareness and technical proficiency. The ideal candidate will work independently, proactively, flexibly, adaptably, self-motivated, and collaboratively as part of a global team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to IBM executives and managers
- Maintain professional attitude and demeanor in a complex and demanding environment
- Work effectively in a matrix organization and collaborate globally across countries
- Continuously improve business acumen knowledge to provide better support to executives
Requirements
- English: Advanced and Fluent
- High School Diploma
- Excellent Sense of Urgency and Proactiveness
- Time Management and Prioritization
- Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- At least one year of experience in a multinational area
- At least one year of experience in customer service
Preferred Requirements
- At least one year of experience as an administrative assistant
- Administrative Assistant or Secretary technical diploma
- MS Excel
