In this role, you will act as the main contact for customers seeking assistance with onboarding processes.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, such as Sales and Fulfillment, you will provide a streamlined and comprehensive onboarding experience.

Main Accountabilities:

  1. Ensure prompt delivery of products and services following sales interactions.
  2. Work with internal teams to configure customer settings for successful product or service deployment.
  3. Verify the accuracy of processed requests.
  4. Prioritize and manage the execution of requests for efficient and reliable service delivery.
  5. Monitor and update customers on request status and respond to inquiries.

Necessary Qualifications:

  1. Experience in back office operations or customer-facing roles.
  2. Excellent English language skills (oral and written).
  3. Degree from an accredited institution (preferred).
  4. Typing speed of 35+ words per minute.

Competitive Edge:

  1. Familiarity with CIS/ACRO, ezBoard & Salesforce systems.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
  3. Meticulous attention to detail.
