The Recruiting Coordinator will support the allocated countries in completing Onboarding deliverables, validating the accuracy of information submitted in the system and completing placements in our HCM (Workday) on time. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities to work closely with counterparts in Recruiting Coordinator and Background Screening teams.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in Recruiting/Staffing/Human Resources, preferably with an Applicant Tracking System or HRIS. They will be responsible for ensuring the integration of Workday with other platforms, escalating any issues that prevent proper functionality for remediation. Additionally, they will partner closely with counterparts to identify and resolve routine problems and operational issues.
Responsibilities:
- Support the allocated countries in completing Onboarding deliverables.
- Validate the accuracy of information submitted in the system and complete placements in our HCM (Workday) on time.
- Ensure the integration of Workday with other platforms and escalate any issues that prevent proper functionality for remediation.
- Partner closely with counterparts in Recruiting Coordinator and Background Screening teams.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's university degree in progress.
- Advanced English level.
- Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
- 2+ years in Recruiting/Staffing/Human Resources preferred.
- 2+ years experience with Applicant Tracking System or HRIS preferred.
- Strong customer focus, especially in delivering high-quality results.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, effective interpersonal skills, and strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong virtual and in-person relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.
- Strong sense of urgency; ability to execute quickly and efficiently.
- Highly organized with strong follow-up skills and the ability to multi-task.
