Technical Support Team Lead

This is a full-time role within the Information Technology & Systems department, where you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and technical support, with experience in a call center environment. They will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the service desk, including monitoring phone queues and balancing skill sets to ensure high-quality customer service levels are maintained.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing training to new employees, maintaining and updating the departmental knowledge base, and assisting with process improvement initiatives.
Key qualifications include 4 years of customer service experience, advanced problem-solving skills, and excellent leadership abilities.
