About the Job:
Citi is looking for a skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our Applications Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to support our application support team
- Perform regular checks and monitoring to identify potential issues
- Collaborate with internal technology groups and vendors to resolve problems
- Ensure storage and archiving procedures are in place
- Stay up to date on the latest technologies and continuously improve skills
- Mentor and coach new or lower level analysts
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in an Application Support role
- Strong technical skills, including ECS (Open Shift), Kibana, Oracle, and Unix Shell Scripting
- Experience with Bigdata (Arcadia, Impala), Autosys scheduling, ServiceNow, and SQL
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
- Intermediate/advanced English
