About the Job:

Citi is looking for a skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our Applications Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain technical documentation to support our application support team
  2. Perform regular checks and monitoring to identify potential issues
  3. Collaborate with internal technology groups and vendors to resolve problems
  4. Ensure storage and archiving procedures are in place
  5. Stay up to date on the latest technologies and continuously improve skills
  6. Mentor and coach new or lower level analysts

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in an Application Support role
  • Strong technical skills, including ECS (Open Shift), Kibana, Oracle, and Unix Shell Scripting
  • Experience with Bigdata (Arcadia, Impala), Autosys scheduling, ServiceNow, and SQL
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Intermediate/advanced English
