Job Description

We are seeking a Support Team Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of a team of 15-20 support engineers. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service across technical service lines, supporting the personal development of team members through training and coaching, and acting as the primary escalation point for team operational issues and customer delivery management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Support the personal development of team members through training and coaching.
  • Act as primary escalation point for team operational issues and customer delivery management.
  • Monitor KPIs to ensure proper business delivery.

Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 years in technical support, software support, IT operations, and/or infrastructure support with 1 - 2 years of experience managing teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of technology-based environments and solutions is required.
