PST.AG is a dynamic company that values teamwork and innovation. We are seeking a Support Team Assistant to join our team and contribute to our customer management process. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our team to provide comprehensive customer support.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Care: Create and resolve customer cases, provide exceptional customer communication, and ensure seamless ticket processing
  • Communication: Provide comprehensive customer support from start to finish, schedule appointments, and organize content
  • Ticket Processing: Initiate, track, and review tickets, ensuring timely resolution and documentation

This role requires:

  • A bachelor's degree in any related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Project management and coordination skills

Candidates should also possess:

  • Familiarity with ERPNext or similar systems
  • Experience working in an ERPNext or similar ticketing system
  • Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLM) and their applications
  • Professional communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Experience with eCommerce and proficiency in English
