About the Role:
Betterwho is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth through exceptional after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to identify new business opportunities and close deals.
- Track progress towards sales goals and report regularly to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including English language proficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on building strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
