Digital at PMI is dynamic, diverse, and disruptive. As a Paid Media Specialist, you'll lead the deployment and execution of Paid Media for Caricam Markets. Your key responsibilities include driving acquisition, retargeting, and brand/product/campaign awareness to engage with consumers throughout their journey from discovery to conversion and loyalty.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Paid Media:
    • Collaborate with global media agencies to define local digital paid media strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
    • Develop campaign briefs in collaboration with media agencies and local affiliates, closely supervising execution and optimization across channels.
    • Evaluate and sign-off paid media plans built by media agencies to effectively and efficiently engage audiences.
    • Coordinate optimal digital channel mix and budget split with paid media agencies.
    • Ensure compliant campaign execution through adherence to approved processes.
    • Plan and execute A/B testing for campaigns, evaluate results, and implement the most effective options.
    • Work with internal teams to identify first-party, second-party, and third-party opportunities that can help reach relevant audiences according to developed media strategies.
    • Help extend positive PR coverage through earned media amplification to increase reach to the most relevant audiences.
    • Define measurement frameworks applicable for each paid media campaign following media strategy and objectives highlighted vs. brief.
    • Measure and report on the performance of all digital paid media campaigns, recommending optimizations to improve campaign performance.
  • Social Media:
    • Request social media agency execution of campaign plans and ensure correct execution to markets.
    • Responsible for measuring and recording social media channels' and campaigns' performance, recommending optimizations.
About Us:

We're looking for a strong media strategist with knowledge of the Caricam Region's digital landscape. The ideal candidate has previous experience working in or with a media agency, proven experience running paid media campaigns, and well-versed in digital advertising technologies. You should be able to run independently globally-led and local campaigns, possess good analytical skills, and have the ability to challenge with facts to support your opinion.

Able to work in diverse teams and possess strong communications skills. Experience with attribution, econometric, and media mix modeling is a plus. An advanced English level is required.
