">We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Strategic HR Business Partner Leader to partner with our business leaders to drive strategic initiatives, implement change management programs, and develop effective organizational processes.

- Lead change management programs to drive cultural transformation, process improvements, and talent development initiatives.">
- Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive operational excellence.">
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.">
- Maintain a deep understanding of the organization's operations, policies, and procedures to provide expert guidance and support.">
- Identify and mitigate risks, developing proactive strategies to prevent issues from arising.">
- Conduct analysis and present findings to senior leadership, providing actionable recommendations to drive business growth and improvement.">
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required; Master's degree preferred.">
- 8+ years of experience in HR, with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and implementing change management programs.">
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a focus on talent development, organizational design, and process improvement.">
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.">
- Demonstrated expertise in HR systems, processes, and tools, including HRIS, recruitment software, and performance management platforms.">
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.">

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
