HR Generalist Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic HR team in Heredia, Costa Rica. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in human resources management and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will assist with various HR-related tasks, including maintaining accurate records, processing compensation and benefits, and developing strong working relationships with employees and management supervisors. This is an excellent opportunity for students of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance or related fields to apply theoretical knowledge in a real-world setting.

• Maintain HR Workday database and ensure standards of accuracy and quality as well as compliance with relevant procedures.
• Assist with Compensation, Benefits and Mobility Process.
• Process documentation in accordance with process and system experts.
• Develop a good working relationship with the PG HR community through timely and accurate administration of HR processes, and early identification of requirements and any service issues.
• Works closely with management supervisors and hourly employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention.

• Active student of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. BI, will be considered a plus.
• Intermediate English level is desirable.
• Availability for a minimum of 6 months.
