Job Description:

As an HR Intern, you will be part of our HR team based in Heredia, Costa Rica. Your role will involve assisting with recruiting key talent, maintaining HR Workday database, and supporting Learning & Development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accuracy and quality in HR Workday database while ensuring compliance with relevant procedures.
2. Assist with recruiting and on-boarding processes.
3. Support Learning & Development initiatives.
4. Develop working relationships with management supervisors and hourly employees.
5. Communicate transparently about business challenges and successes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

You must have an active student status in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. A minimum English proficiency is required, with advanced English being an asset. Additionally, you should possess strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to teamwork.
