About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our team at Stryker Corporation. This is a key leadership position responsible for strategic and tactical purchasing activities, ensuring high levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
• Balance supplier capacity and internal inventory levels with demand to support targets consistent with build plans, launch plans, customer service levels, and inventory turns.
• Lead efforts with suppliers to address product availability issues and ensure long-term supply constraint issues are resolved or escalated when appropriate.
• Drive continuous improvement both externally with the supplier and internally within the purchasing function and with key stakeholders.

Requirements
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Management or a related field with a focus on strategic sourcing, procurement, and supplier development.
• International sourcing and supplier management experience.
• Experience operating in a highly regulated industry.
• Strong skills in leadership, negotiations, influencing, communication & presentation, project management, troubleshooting & problem solving, analysis, strategic thinking, and collaborative team building.

What We Offer
As a Strategic Sourcing Manager at Stryker Corporation, you can expect a competitive salary of $105,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on location and experience. You will also have opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
