Job Overview:

This role involves collaboration with colleagues and partners, offering pre-sales support for various sales opportunities. Furthermore, the SE will conduct technical presentations for resellers and team members. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise, hold foundational technical certifications, including NSE certifications, and effectively communicate the value of proposed solutions through strong presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical presentations to resellers and colleagues regarding current vendor products and offerings.
  • Provide consultative guidance to partners on scoping and designing intricate solutions, ensuring clear and concise communication with both the partner and their end users.
  • Design both single and multi-vendor solutions or configurations that address customer needs, translating business requirements into technology solutions.
  • Foster essential working relationships with internal business development, product management, and sales teams.
  • Stay informed on relevant competitive solutions, products, ecosystem offerings, and services by participating in training and obtaining vendor and industry certifications, including NSE certifications.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience.
  • Technical certifications from multiple vendors as well as industry certifications, including NSE certifications, are preferred.
  • Proficient in both verbal and written communication in English.
  • Capable of effectively interacting with senior management levels.
  • Ability to follow instructions and seek clarification when necessary.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills to convey necessary information clearly.
  • Competent in creating and delivering formal presentations.
  • Understands and collaborates effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Possesses excellent organizational and time management skills, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Adaptable to change and able to adjust as required.
  • Upholds and promotes social, ethical, and organizational standards in all business activities.
  • Works independently with minimal supervision.
  • Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Quick to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.

Working Environment:

  • May require occasional non-standard work hours or overtime based on business needs.
