We are seeking a Business Applications Sales Executive who will lead the transformation of business processes within our specialist sales organization. As a key member of our team, you will engage with C-Suite executives and Business Decision Makers from top customers, providing industry-relevant insights and envisioning solutions that drive end-to-end business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Execution:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with customer industry needs and turn them into successful deals.
    • Collaborate with partners and services to initiate conversations on digital transformation opportunities.
    • Create engaging content and events to showcase digital transformation possibilities through seminars, workshops, webinars, and direct engagement.
    • Discover new business opportunities with team members, drive incremental revenue growth, and track and qualify new opportunities with account teams, partners, or services.
    • Build a robust pipeline by collaborating with other teams and services, and interface with customers to build lasting relationships via social selling.
    • Apply Microsoft's sales process (MSP) to determine opportunity quality and proceed accordingly.
  • Scaling and Collaboration:
    • Cross-sell and up-sell with One Commercial Partner (OCP) and a network of partners to expand business opportunities.
    • Identify new partners by researching and discussing customer scenarios, develop joint proposals, and contribute to developing partner strategies to address gaps in capabilities.
    • Orchestrate relationships with internal stakeholders and partners using the MSFT organization.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Lead conversations and set up events within Microsoft, mentor others, and develop strategies for best practice sharing across subsidiaries.
    • Contribute ideas that can be instituted across Microsoft, collaborate with global black belts to analyze competitor products, and implement strategies to position Microsoft against competitors.
    • Evaluate opportunities and make recommendations on pursuit or withdrawal, providing analysis of the competitive landscape in supported solution areas.
  • Sales Excellence:
    • Collaborate with partners and resources, leveraging customer insights or industry knowledge to drive business success.
    • Contribute to exploring business and emerging opportunities to optimize the portfolio and support customer innovation.
    • Review feedback reports and coach others on ensuring customer/partner satisfaction, decreasing dissatisfaction, and establishing recovery action plans to improve clients' overall experience.
