About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Account Manager to join our Customer Experience team at Cisco Systems. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing executive-level relationships with our largest customers and driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • BUILD STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS WITH CUSTOMER EXECUTIVES TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH AND EXPANSION
  • ANALYZE CUSTOMER NEEDS AND PAIN POINTS TO IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH AND EXPANSION
  • COLLABORATE WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS TO PROVIDE DETAILED REQUIREMENTS AND IMPLEMENT SUCCESSFUL RENEWAL STRATEGIES

Requirements

  • 10+ years' experience in leading customer-facing organizations and IT industry
  • PROVEN CONSULTING SKILLS WITH TECHNICAL AND SALES ACUMEN
  • 5+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH SUBSCRIPTION AND SOFTWARE OFFERS
