- Processing daily invoices for fuel deliveries, services, and other revenue
- Reviewing and verifying supporting documents related to customer invoicing
- Collaborating with other WFS teams to ensure data accuracy and timely resolution of exceptions
- Communicating effectively with customers to resolve inquiries and issues
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure regulatory compliance and identify areas for process improvement
