We are seeking an experienced Invoicing Specialist II to join our team at World Fuel Services. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service through accurate and timely invoicing to our valued customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a customer service mindset, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process daily invoices for fuel deliveries, services, and other revenue within department SLAs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and timely resolution of exception conditions.
- Evaluate and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze and resolve complex cases related to invoicing customers.
- Maintain reports and logs to ensure completeness of incoming data and regulatory compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
